KITE's application is a PWA that is updated on a weekly basis. New releases are pushed out every Tuesday evening. These new versions contain new code and require you to update your cache. Sometimes a manual browser refresh is required if your browser's cache will not refresh automatically. The steps below will usually resolve your issues.

If you are having trouble logging into your KITE account, try any of the following suggestions. If you're still stuck, our support team is always ready to assist.

1. Reset your local browser cache

If you aren't sure how to do this, please click on the name of the browser you are using below:

Once you have reset your cache, we recommended quitting your browser and opening it again.

2. Update your Browser

3. Reach out to your group administrator to verify your account is still active.

Sometimes accounts are deleted by group administrators and need to be reinstated. If you are not able to log in after a long period of inactivity, you may want to contact your group administrator to ensure your account is still active.

4. Try using a recommended browser

KITE is at its best on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
